I am Frijke Weeda, Managing Director of Motion5 and responsible for commerce. On an international level I also function as change manager for my clients.
By now, I have acquired a lot of commercial knowledge. I bring this knowledge to our projects and incorporate it in a personal and reliable way. When I can challenge and connect people: that's when I shine.

I'm Peter Rademakers, Founder and Principal Consultant at Motion5.
After years of experience in the Ordina board room, I founded Motion5 in 2003, which has since grown into a wonderful company. The name Motion5 was based on our vision. Today, I still convey this vision on change and commerce to our clients with great conviction.
I constantly strive to improve the content of our products. I have plenty of time for that, since I'm no longer in charge of day-to-day affairs.
I bring my experience, creativity and strong analyses to our clients—in addition to a well-filled suitcase, because I often work abroad. My passport is quite full by now, bearing stamps from Dubai, India and Aruba.

My name is Margaux Smits, Operations Director at Motion5.
I'm Business Psychologist with a special interest in engagement within organizations. I started at Motion5 in 2009 and implemented Sales Excellence projects for our customers ever since.
I am proud when people enjoy their work more, as a result of our collaboration with us. Like when they are more confident in customer interactions. Or when a sales team approaches the market more efficiently, with focus and enthusiasm.
The biggest compliment I can get? When the people we work with are more engaged and perform better as a result!
I always have a positive mindset in customer projects, as well as an analytical outlook and focus on building a self-learning organization. 'Performing through others' is a crucial part of implementation.
For the past two years I've been living in Houston, Texas, remotely working for Motion5. In the summer of 2016 I moved back to the Netherlands and took the American customer-oriented and can-do mentality home with me.

Motion5 and I came into contact during my period as President of Biomet EMEA, a big international player in the medical device industry. Within Biomet I held various functions in sales, marketing and international management positions. For a long time, I was also on the board of directors of Eucomed, the medical device trade association.
I now use those 29 years of experience in the orthopedic industry when managing complex change programs at a senior level. I do this as an independent consultant, but in close collaboration with Motion5.
Just like in our previous collaboration at Biomet, we do this with the same vision in mind and with a great deal of passion for the content of our field. That is why we constantly strive to improve sales, change & leadership programs, and Leadership Unplugged is a great example of that!

Hi, I am Christoph Labude, Senior Trainer at Motion5 and I am from Germany.
I am very keen on using rational and systematic methods to increase sales results. This is like a second nature to me, with my background in science and sales management.
However, long-lasting results are only achieved when this is combined with the emotional aspects. Not only towards customers, but towards colleagues and other people as well. At the end of the day it is all about convincing others. And we need emotions and ratio to do so! During a training, I actively get participants to engage in this topic. In order to increase efficiency and productivity.
During my trainings I will work on these topics in a consequent and persistent way. In my private time, I am restoring an old farm in Sweden in the same way.

I am Robert Bartels, Consultant at Motion5.
After my education in marketing management at the University of Tilburg, I got to work as account manager. I made the conscious decision to work in a sales position in a very competitive industry, so I could put my passion for winning new clients to good use. After a few years of concrete sales experience I made the step towards Motion5. Now I help companies select and strengthen ties with new strategic clients.
I want to convince organizations and salespeople that strengthening the ties with new clients is not scary or impossible; it should be fun and successful instead. This change in mindset is my ultimate goal!
What is my main characteristic? Always bringing out the best in myself and those around me. Not just at Motion5 and with client projects, but on my own time too, on my racing bicycle. Every sprint, climb and turn taken has to be more explosive, faster and better.

Do you recognize this: moving from ideas to action, thinking in terms of chances instead of impossibilities—how do I do that?
Clients ask me how they can successfully create new opportunities. In order to make this happen, you must distinguish yourself with good actions, generate creative ideas, and bring them to life. This is my vision, and what I bring to a client project.
I'm proud of our first non-profit client. Commerce is for everyone, from salespeople to people inside the operation. I'm proud of my special clients who work in India and Dubai, who show me that our approach works in all these different cultures.

In addition to my work at Motion5, I am Director of a foundation aimed at stimulating entrepreneurship in the greater Rotterdam area.
The Rotterdam mentality is quite apparent in me. I'm direct, concrete, but with a warm heart. I'm energetic and no-nonsense. In projects, I always maintain an overview of the whole game. This is important in my role, but also in one of my passion: boxing.

My name is Anna Kaminsky, Consultant at Motion5. I am originally from Germany and I feel at home in the international environment of Motion5. To support a customer in different initiatives of Commercial Excellence demands creativity and structure.
This structure must be 'agile.' Adaptive. Because the client's world changes quickly and suddenly. That's why it's so important to do this as a team and make use of each other's talents. I'm known for maintaining an overview of the situation, never losing track of things.
Not even on a drag hunt in the Amsterdamse Bos, on an enthusiastic, temperamental horse. Cheerfully and actively in control—especially on a difficult trail.

I'm Jacqueline van Woudenberg, Head of the financial administration at Motion5. That means that I mostly deal with our invoices, and enter them into our bookkeeping system. And that is important, because it keeps our company healthy.
We have a beautiful office in Mijdrecht, where we receive clients and organize many trainings. The building should look beautiful and neat, so people enjoy working there and enjoy coming back quickly, and I'm proud to say I also attend to this.
I also enjoy creating a pleasant atmosphere outside of Motion5. Like for instance in Curaçao, or when I play tennis with my friends, and then go for a bite to eat—and some wine.

At Motion5 I provide organizational and administrative support. In addition to many years of experience in this field, I also have a lot of experience with sales and marketing support. And that is a perfect match with the core business of Motion5.
The Motion5 team must be able to perform optimally, day after day. I enjoy creating an environment that makes that possible, through meticulous planning and excellent organization. I do that with lots of enthusiasm! I am proud when I achieve that!
